Dear backers,
It was brought to my attention that those of you selecting add-ons via Backerkit are being quoted for double shipping. This was not my intention. Unfortunately this was not caught until after sending out all the surveys so adjusting shipping prices appears to be locked on my end. I am currently contacting Backerkit to get it fixed and will update you all when it is resolved.
For now, if you selected addons or plan to, do not worry. Your card will not be charged until after orders are locked. I will also update you when this happens. However, I will be resolving this before cards are charged regardless. So know that even if the survey says you will be paying shipping again, ignore it for now and keep on the lookout for updates regarding this being fixed.

Dear backers,
All surveys are going out now! Check your email inboxes (and spam folder just incase) for a Backerkit survey letting you choose which pins you want. You will now be able to add on additional pins to your order for the backer-exclusive price.
As a reminder from the last update: Some of you also pledged more than once. If this is the case, your pledges should now be merged into one survey. Add on pledges (Another pin! tier) should be automatically added to your cart as additional enamel pins with credit you already paid for duing the campaign. Anyone who overpaid in shipping (due to multiple pledges) should have that credit added to their order. Again, if there are any issues with these, please let me know!
Some of the smoke test backers have yet to fill out their surveys, so if you do not get a survey email from Backerkit after this update, make sure you were not sent one before.
In addition, the pre-order store is now open! If you have any friends who missed out on the campaign, they can pre-order via Backerkit here.

Dear backers,
Please check you email inboxes for surveys (make sure to check your spam folder as well)! 5% of you from each pledge level should receive your surveys shortly after this update goes out. If you have not gotten one, don't panic, you will get yours at a later date.
For those who receive your surveys now: If you run into any issues, please let me know! Sending out a few surveys at first will help me ensure everything runs smoothly before a larger amount of them go out. This will make it easier for me to fix potential errors.

Dear backers,
Thank you all for you patience! Its been two weeks since the campaign ended. This means I am able to set up the backer surveys for review. According to Backerkit, their review process can take up to two days.
Once we are all set, from there I will send out Smoke Test surveys. This means about 5% of you at random will get your surveys early. This is to ensure any issues with the survey can be easily solved by communicating with those who receive Smoke Test surveys before they go out to everyone else. Once that first batch of surveys comes back, assuming there are are no issues, the rest of you will be receiving them as well.

Dear backers,
It's been a few days since the end of the campaign. I am still awaiting funds from Indiegogo (funds can take around 15 days to be received, according to their terms) and Backerkit does not let me send out surveys until funds are received. I am in communication with my manufacturer, so we should be good to go once I get surveys in.
So, while we wait, I wanted to show off the backing card design!
These are the cards that the pins will be attached to in their packaging. All pins will be on the same backing card, but I plan on including an information slip unique to each design as well. These will include information about the specific dinosaur, and how/why it was chosen as their respective state's saurian symbol. Stay tuned for a sneak peek at those as well.
